The breakfast offered here included delicious sausages, bacon, and even champagne, and the location is ideal, just a stone's throw away from the EuroTunnel in Calais.

Good proximity to motorway and Channel Tunnel. Reasonable breakfast. Picturesque chateau.
A bit cold and didn't feel particularly clean.

The character of the place was excellent - helped by the good weather. Easy to find and very accessible from the Eurotunnel. Staf were very pleasant. Enjoyed evening meal - helped by the waiter accomodating my son who is a vegan.
We booked two rooms and the superior double room was so small we asked to change. We were offered a much larger and more expensive room - which we took (being a special birthday occassion). Breakfast was poor - had to ask for the croisants / pastries / orange juice to be replenished - although it was midway through the dining period - this was done very positively and willingly.
